Cancellation and no show (don't come without cancellation)
• In the unlikely event that you are unable to comply with the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the date released to third parties.
• In case of cancellation and no show, the main guest pays a fee to the owner.
This compensation consists of:
• In case of cancellation 2 weeks or earlier before the arrival date; no cancellation fees.
• In case of cancellation from 14 days to 6 days before the arrival date; 50% of the reservation amount.
• In case of cancellation of 5 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% of the reservation amount.
In order to be eligible for a possible refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by email or telephone. After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred within two weeks. No refunds will be made in the event of early departure. Mentioned prices are subject to errors or a clearly different price. In such cases we have the right to cancel the booking.
The amount due for the above points must be transferred to the bank account number: NL 49 RABO 03 0453 6008 in the name of Panta Rhei. You will receive an invoice for this. You must pay this within 14 days. When an advance has been paid by the main guest, it will be refunded by owner in proportion to the above.
