Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3 PM and check-in is possible until 9 PM.
It is appreciated if we are informed of the expected arrival time in advance.
Deviating arrival times than mentioned above are only possible in consultation.
In order to clean the rooms, it is necessary to vacate them before 11 am on the day of departure.
A late check-out is possible in consultation with availability of the room.

Breakfast.
Logement de 12th city does not serve breakfast.

Your stay
• Noise nuisance, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., must be prevented.
• Use of the accommodation by third parties is not allowed.
• Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in Logement de 12th stad without the permission of the administrator and without additional payment.
• Vehicles can be parked in the parking spaces on site, next to the accommodation. Parking is entirely at your own risk.
• Pets are not allowed in Logement de 12th city.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but is allowed outside.

Complaints
Of course we do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay. If, despite our good care, there is a complaint, we would like to hear it on the spot so that we have the opportunity to resolve it.
