Logement de 12e stad applies the following general terms and conditions. These are in effect from the time of booking up to and including the stay in our rooms.

1. General
General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Logement de 12e stad, Hôfsleane 67, 9041 AM Berlikum.

Peter & Karina de Vries are the owners and managers of Logement de 12e stad, further mainly referred to as owners. The owner can be replaced.

When entering into a rental agreement, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.
• The lead guest must be 18 years of age or older, is responsible for his or her fellow guests, must have a permanent residence or residence and be able to show a valid ID.
• The rooms are suitable for two people. If necessary, a maximum of two folding beds can be booked (at €10 pn). However, the mattress of the folding bed is not of the same quality as the mattresses of our fixed beds. A cot is available free of charge on request.
• We grant our guests a carefree stay. However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal negligence or by circumstances beyond our control. All risks related to a stay in Logement de 12th city are borne by the users.
• We expect from our guests that damage and loss of movable and immovable property are reported immediately and reimbursed to the owner.
• Logement de 12e stad is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as power failure, wifi, water supplies and technical installations.
• The owner can deny and/or refuse access to Logement de 12th stad with immediate effect in the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, without further notice and reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
Guests of Logement de 12th stad must adhere to the House Rules below.

2. Reservation and confirmation
No extra costs will be charged for booking a stay in Logement de 12th stad. The rental agreement can

The information on the website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation at Logement de 12e stad. No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.

After receiving your reservation request, Logement de 12th stad will send a confirmation (if space is available) and the reservation is final.
